P is for Photographs, of course. And P is for Potamophilia. Potamowhut?? Poh-tuh-moh-fil-ya. A love of rivers and all things riverine. That's turning out to be the theme for these posts, loosely...come back periodically to the rivers and the ghats and flowing waters generally.

ReplyDeleteHi Nila - what a lovely selection ... having started off with two British ones - I thought they can't all be British - but no ... lots of places ... I'd love to visit the bridge over the Niagara ... not the Falls necessarily - but yes any river, sea promenade etc ... especially in the Spring time ... and then the Bengal - one to the west and the other country to the east. Cheers and great word potomphilliac - Hilary
ReplyDeleteI grew up in Detroit and we had the Detroit River. Almost everywhere I've lived has had water nearby. Until we moved here to Atlanta. I do miss water, rivers, lakes, oceans streams.
